How Codesign Labs is giving people the “freedom of work”?

A year ago, when we were conceptualizing Codesign Labs it was not only difficult for others but for us also to build a platform that would give people #FreedomOfWork

Onboarding high-quality and premium freelancers, who would work 100% remotely and never meet the client and also delivery by this kind of team on time was a big challenge. Plus making sure that they stick to the platform was also a tricky situation to solve.

Further ensuring the client that the job will “be done” no matter what and that too by following best industry practices, was one of the promises we had to keep up.

We were often asked by clients who would be responsible if the freelancer does not perform or refuses to complete the project or how can we trust you since the freelancers would never meet anyone.

Freelancers also raised their doubts regarding the quality of projects, payment cycles and other issues that they used to face while working with other freelancing platforms.

The doubts were many, but we believed that this can be done and we DID IT.

Today we are a curated a pool of 50+ amazing freelancers with more than 8 months of average retention. In only a few months, we have delivered more than 70+ projects for 30+ clients with a 100% delivery rate.
